NOTES

• Food and beverage served under this package is for personal consumption. Beverage will be served by the glass and one at a time, at the restaurants and bars. Alcoholic drinks will not be offered to guests under the age of 18. Management will have the right not to serve or stop serving alcoholic drinks to inebriated guests. There are no refunds or substitutions and none of the benefits can be transferred to another person and no accumulation of any entitlement if not used, to the next day.
• Guests on Emerald Plan are required to sign the bills raised at outlets to acknowledge the consumption. However, guests will not be charged for any item that falls under Emerald Plan. The Emerald Plan is available and starts from immediate check-in to resort and ends at 12 noon on the day of departure from the resort. Kindly note that any charges that is not part of the Emerald Plan, should be paid direct to resort prior to departure. Drinks are served at Nautilus (main bar) and Positive Energy (pool bar) from 10.00 until midnight, and at Aqua and Well Done during meal times.
• Excursions will be operated if weather permitting and have to be checked and booked in advance at Guest Service Counter. If excursions are unused, please note that it cannot be refunded and will not be entitled for alternative excursion.

Check in / Check Out:

• Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) / Early check-in: possible when room is available.
• Check out: 12.00 hrs.
• หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 1200 น. ถึง1800 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.
• หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 1800 น. คิดค่าบริการ100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.

Cancellation Policy:

• 45 วันก่อนเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 45 Days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%.
• 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
• ยกเลิกกระทันหัน: หรือ พักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ / No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
