Should a guest wish to dine at any other outlet, they will receive the following credit towards their meal: USD 180 per adult, USD 90 per child for dinner.

DETAIL OF MEAL PLAN
- All meal plans include breakfast at Down to Earth.
- Half Board meal plan (Dinner) includes Down to Earth, Overseas by Mathias Dahlgren, So Wild and Director’s Cut for dinner. Should a guest wish to dine at any other outlet, they will receive the following credit towards their meal: USD 180 per adult, USD 90 per child for dinner.
- Full Board meal plan: Guests can choose to have lunch or dinner at any open outlet as part of their Full Board Meal plans. The meal plan includes Down to Earth for both lunch and dinner. If the guests choose to dine at any other outlets USD 100 will be credited for lunch per person, and USD 180 will be credited per dinner per adult and USD 50 will be credited for lunch per child, and USD 90 will be credited per dinner per child.
- Any consumption exceeding the credit limit will be charged as a supplement (published rates are applicable). Unused portions of this credit cannot be carried forward and apply on the day, for the day only.
- For Full Board Plus:
- Additional of House brand alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at mealtime only in restaurants or at a group event in a pre-designated venue.
- Daily Full Board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) at Down to Earth and In-Villa Dining.
- In-villa mini bar will be replenished once per day with our compliments and alcohol will be replenished once per week with our compliments.

- เมื่อทำการจองแล้ว หากรีสอร์ทออกโปรราคาพิเศษกว่านี้ออกมา จะไม่สามารถทำการ rebook ได้
- ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคาตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนในอัตราที่สูง ณ ช่วงเวลาที่ทำการจอง บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
- Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) / Early check-in: possible when room is available.
- Check out: 12.00 hrs.
- หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12.00 น. – 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ50%ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.
- หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 18.00น. คิดค่าบริการ 100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำ 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน / More than 45 days before arrival:cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
- 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด : 45 -31days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
- 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด : 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
- ยกเลิกกระทันหัน:หรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
- ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
