- ราคานี้เป็นราคาต่อท่าน พักห้องละ 2 ท่านต่อห้อง / Price is per person on twin sharing basis.
- เมื่อทำการจองแล้ว หากรีสอร์ทออกโปรราคาพิเศษกว่านี้ออกมา จะไม่สามารถทำการ rebook ได้

หมายเหตุ / REMARK:
- การเดินทางสู่รีสอร์ทนี้ต้องเดินทางด้วยเครื่องบินSeaplane ซึ่งจะหยุดให้บริการหลังเวลา15.00 น. / Seaplane Transfer operates day time only. Guest who arrival after 15.00 hrs have to overnight in Male'.
- ข้อกำหนดสำหรับการเดินทางโดยSeaplane กระเป๋าเดินทางเช็คอิน มีน้ำหนักได้ไม่เกิน 20 กิโลกรัม ต่อคน หากน้ำหนักเกินกำหนด จะต้องเสียค่าระวางเพิ่มโดยตรงกับเจ้าหน้าที่สายการบิน / Check-in Baggage up to 20 kg/person. Baggage in excess weight will be charged by the airline.
THE ALL-INCLUSIVE PLUS PACKAGE INCLUDES
- Welcome half bottle of House Champagne in the villa.
- Breakfast inclusive in Jahaz restaurant only.
- House Champagne and branded Champagne available at Breakfast.
- Lunch buffet inclusive in Jahaz Restaurant only. When "A Ia Carte” is applicable, food order is limited to 1 x starter, 1 x main course and 1 x dessert per person (not exchangeable)
- Unlimited buffet Dinners in Jahaz restaurant.
- Unlimited "A Ia Carte” dinners in Meeru Restaurant or Jing Restaurant. Reservation is required and only one booking at a time can be made. Food order is limited to 1 x starter, 1 x main course and 1 x dessert per person applicable on identified All Inclusive Package dishes only.
- Large selection of juices, soft drinks and mineral water.
- Daily Afternoon Tea available at Jahaz lounge from 16:00 to 17:30.
- House Champagne and branded Champagne available in all Restaurants/ Bars.
- Large variety of branded spirits, international beers, premium signature cocktails and wide selection of wine menu available in the restaurants and bars. Jahaz Bar remains open until late midnight.
- Mini-bar with wine, beers, soft drinks, mineral water and confectionary identified as All Inclusive Package items only. Mini-bar is refilled once on a daily basis.
- In Villa, 2 bottles of preferred spirits of customer's choice (from a selection of three spirits (vodka, gin and whisky) upon request.
- Daily unlimited supply of house mineral water per person per villa.
- 2 scheduled excursions per person and per stay (from the choice of 4- that is Traditional Sunset Fishing/ Sunset Cruise by Dhoni/ Sunset Snorkeling/ Dolphin Watching- to be chosen from the excursions menu). The cancellation of excursions due to bad weather situations will not be refunded.
- Private Butler service for Presidential Villa.
- Complimentary access to Constance Kids Club.
- Complimentary WIFI access in all villas plus direct complimentary access to the internet through the in-room TV.
- Airplay wireless system in villas played through the television system. IPod docking station available on request.
- Unlimited access to state of the art gymnasium, tennis court, table tennis, beach volley, beach tennis, beach soccer, French bowling and all indoor games.
- Unlimited access to sauna, steam room & Jacuzzi.
- Complimentary snorkeling equipment and daily use of all non-motorized watersports (excluding lessons) such as kayak, canoes, paddle boards, pedal boats, windsurfing and catamaran sailing.
- Personal welcome for all guests and escorted transfer to Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf seaplane private lounge. Transfer is by our own private bus.
- Villa check-in at the Lounge prior to arriving at the resort.
- Complimentary access to Resort Hospitality Lounge with showers, snacks and relaxation area available for early arrivals and late departures.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำ 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน / More than 45 days before arrival:
cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
- 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 31-45 days before
arrival: cancellation charge 50%
- 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
- ยกเลิกกระทันหันหรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จอง ไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ / No show & early departure from the
resort : charge 100%.
- ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง
