ALL INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN
  • Daily Breakfast (07:30-10:30), Lunch (13:00-14:30) and Dinner (19:00-21:30) in Dhonveli Restaurant.
  • Casual Snack Day Menu, including pizzas, burgers, nibbles, and ice cream, available from 10:00 – 22:30, served at the Thundi Bar.
  • Dine Around Option of a 3-course lunch and a 3-course dinner in the Madivaru Restaurant and Dinner in Raalhu Restaurant. (Pre-bookings are required and subject to space availability).
  • 20% Discount on all food items at Madivaru and Raalhu Restaurants (not valid for special events).
  • ONE-time floating breakfast during stay for stays 4 nights and above for guests in Pool Villas. None Pool Villas, one time In-Villa Breakfast dining for stays 4 nights and above.
  • ONE-time beach dinner during stay for stays 4 nights and above. (Pre-bookings are required and subject to space availability).
  • Daily High Tea with Tea/Coffee and Snacks served at the Thundi Bar from 15:00 – 16:30.
  • Unlimited “all you can drink” alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the Raalhu Bar from 10:00 – 23:00 and Thundi Bar from 08:00 – 01:00, as follows:
         – A variety of alcoholic cocktails – including signature cocktails
         – All non-alcoholic cocktails
         – Smoothies, milkshakes, and freshly squeezed fruit juices
         – Selection of premium brands, spirits and liqueurs, port and sherry
         – An extensive wine selection of over 50 labels, combining red, white, rosé and sparkling wines
         – Selection of international draught beer, bottled beer and ciders
         – Coffee, tea, iced coffee, iced tea, espresso, cappuccino, latte and macchiato – freshly brewed
         – Soft drinks – Coke, Diet Coke, Fanta Orange, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Bitter Lemon, Iced Tea, Tonic & Soda
         – Veligandu bottled water (1 litre), mineral water and sparkling water
  • Mini bar alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as follows:
         – House wine (750ml) – red, white, rosé and sparkling
         – Bottled Beer
         – Bottled Spirit Selection
         – Soft drinks – Coke, Diet Coke, Fanta Orange, Sprite, Bitter Lemon, Tonic & Soda
         – Mineral water and sparkling water (1 litre)
         – Selection of coffees (Nespresso machine) and teas
         – Assorted snacks
         – The mini bar is refilled once per day per a regular schedule
  • Full bottle of Champagne served in the Villa on arrival, per Villa, provided for the duration of the stay.

  • Complimentary use of Fitness Center, Tennis, Pickleball, Paddle Tennis Courts, Table Tennis and Billiards (equipment included).

Ocean & Fun

  • One introduction dive or orientation dive per stay (for Certified Divers and applicable for 7 nights stay and above).
  • Free use of the following Water Sports Activities (equipment included for 1 hour daily – basic experience required): 

         – Windsurfing, Stand-up paddle boarding (SUP), Single/Double Kayak, Two Person Paddle Board and

        Four Person Paddle Board

  • Free use of Snorkeling Equipment during the stay (snorkel fins, snorkel mask, snorkel and deluxe carrying bag).
Spa, Relaxation & Bliss
• Free Yoga Group Sessions, including Asanas and Yoga Nidra, are regularly scheduled.
• Eligible per person per stay, for adults (15 years and above) depending on the duration of the stay:
   – 7-10 nights stay: ONE 60-minute selected spa treatment.
   – Above 11 nights stay: TWO 60 minutes selected spa treatments.
• 25% Discount at Himeyn Spa from selected treatments (excluding any promotions offers)
• One bag of laundry per villa for guests staying a minimum of 2-nights.
 
All-Inclusive Dine Around Package Does Not Include:
• Destination Dining, In-Villa Dining, Spa Treatments not listed, Gift Shops, Motorized Water Sports, & Excursions.
• Beverage from In-Villa Dining, Champagne from the Mini Bar.
• Beverages not listed above, such as other selections from the Wine List.
• There is no discount for beverages and supplements (Meal Plans, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve Gala Dinners).
 
Important Points:
• Food and Beverage is for your own consumption; served one glass at a time, while at the Resort’s Restaurants or Bars.
• All guests registered in the same Villa must be on the “All-Inclusive Dine Around Package”.
• Alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone younger than 18 years of age.
• Management reserves the right not to serve alcoholic beverages to inebriate guests.
• The “All-Inclusive Dine Around Package” is available only for the guest’s entire length of stay.
• There are no refunds or substitutions, and benefits are not transferrable to another guest.
• All Snorkeling related excursions, minimum age required to participate is 6 years and above. Children below 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Procedure:
• Guests must sign all Food & Beverage bills, except for your buffet meals. Bills do not include prices and no charges will be posted to your hotel account for those benefits included in your “All-Inclusive Dine Around Package”.
• “All-Inclusive Dine Around Package” benefits may be enjoyed until the time the guest departs from the Resort.
• Please remember that charges not included in the “All-Inclusive Dine Around Package” must be paid upon check-out.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
  • Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) / Early check-in: possible when room is available.
  • Check out: 12.00 hrs.
  • หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12.00 น. ถึง 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.
  • หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทางหักค่ามัดจํา 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน / More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
  • 45 – 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 45 - 31 days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%.
  • 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาแพ็คเกจที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
  • ยกเลิกกระทันหันหรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ / No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
  • ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
