TRANSFER CONDITION:
- Guests arriving in Male’ on an international flight between 06.00 hrs and 15.30 hrs will transfer to Conrad Maldives by seaplane.
- Guests arriving in Male’ on an international flight between 15.30 hrs and 22.00 hrs will transfer to Conrad Maldives by domestic flight and speedboat.
- Guests departing Malé on an international flight prior to 09.00hrs will be transferred from the resort to Malé the previous afternoon.
- Domestic flight option is applicable for arrival transfers only and only seaplane will be booked for departure transfers.

COMPLIMENTARY BENEFITS FOR ALL GUESTS
All villa types, including THE MURAKA Residence, guests will benefit from to the following services and amenities:
- Use of the private lounge at the seaplane terminal upon arrival (including complimentary snacks and drinks.
- 4 bottle of water per villa per day, tea and Nespresso facilities in the villa
- Snorkeling equipment
- Non-motorized Water Sports facilities
- Wi-Fi access and broadband internet access
- Access to the business center
- Access to the fitness center.
HONEYMOON BENEFITS
All honeymoon guests will receive the following per villa per stay:
Minimum of 3 nights stay:
- Fruit Basket & 1 bottle of sparkling wine in the villa upon arrival.
- One romantic 3 course dinner excluding beverages at designated restaurant, to be confirmed upon arrival.
- Romantic Bed Decoration.
***Copy of marriage certificate of less than 12 months to be presented at check-in.***
DETAIL OF MEAL PLAN
HALF BOARD / HALF BOARD PLUS
- Half Board dinner is available in Atoll Market Restaurant excluding beverages.
- For the period 09.01.2022 – 08.05.2022 and 01.10.2022 – 20.12.2022, a dinner credit of USD 140.00 net per adult per night & USD 70.00 net per child per night will be offered if guests wish to dine in our a la carte restaurants.
- For the period 09.05.2022 – 30.09.2022, a dinner credit of USD 90.00 net per adult per night & USD 45.00 net per child per night will be offered if the guests wish to dine in our a la carte restaurants.
- Dinner credit is not applicable for Rangali Bar, Quiet Zone, Private Beach BBQ and In-Villa dining.
- Dinner credit does not apply to beverages and any unused credit will neither be refunded nor carried forward.
- Half Board meal plans are not available during festive period. (21.12.2022 – 09.01.2023)
- All guests in the same villa must have the same choice of meal during the entire duration of their stay.
- Half Board Plus: Unlimited beverages (house wines, beers, non-alcoholic soft beverages and a cocktail selection from our international trained mixologists) will be available during dinner only from the restaurant where the guests are dining.
FULL BOARD
- Full Board dinner is available in Atoll Market Restaurant excluding beverages.
- For the period 09.01.2022 – 08.05.2022 and 01.10.2022 – 20.12.2022, a dinner credit of USD 140.00 net per adult per night & USD 70.00 net per child per night will be offered if guests wish to dine in our a la carte restaurants.
- For the period 09.05.2022 – 30.09.2022, a dinner credit of USD 90.00 net per adult per night & USD 45.00 net per child per night will be offered if guests wish to dine in our a la carte restaurants.
- A 02 course lunch will be served either in Mandhoo Restaurant or in Ufaa by Jereme Leung or any designated restaurant.

- Dinner credit does not apply to beverages and any unused credit will neither be refunded nor carried forward.

- Full Board Plus dinner is available in Atoll Market Restaurant buffet.
- For the period 09.01.2022 – 08.05.2022 and 01.10.2022 – 20.12.2022, a dinner credit of USD 140.00 net per adult per night & USD 70.00 net per child per night will be offered if guests wish to dine in our a la carte restaurants.
- For the period 09.05.2022 – 30.09.2022, a dinner credit of USD 90.00 net per adult per night & USD 45.00 net per child per night will be offered if guests wish to dine in our a la carte restaurants.

- Full Board Plus: Unlimited selected beverages from “Full board Plus drink list (house wines, beers, non-alcoholic soft beverages and a cocktail selection from our international trained mixologists) will be available during lunch and dinner from restaurants where the guests are dining all day at Rangali Bar.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจํา 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน / More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
- 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 45 -31 Days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
- 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
- ยกเลิกกระทันหัน: หรือ พักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ / No show & early depature from the resort : charge 100%.
- ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
