เงื่อนไขการเข้าพัก/ CONDITIONS:
- ช่วงปกติพัก 2 คืน/ Minimum stay 2 nights
- ราคานี้ เป็นราคาต่อท่าน เดินทางเข้าพัก 2 ท่าน ต่อห้อง / Price per person base on twin sharing basic.
- ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคา ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีโปรโมชั่นใหม่ไม่สามารถ re-book ได้
- ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคาตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนในอัตราที่สูง ณ ช่วงเวลาที่ทำการจอง บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา

- ประกันภัยในการเดินทาง (ตามเงื่อนไขกรมธรรม์)/ Traveling Insurance (Condition apply)
ALL INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN
The following are included in the All-Inclusive package;
- MEALS:
- Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at the main restaurant
- Unlimited Beverage at Bar (operation time): Alcohol and Non-alcohol beverage

o Sand Witches & Cakes: Mid-morning – from 10 .00 am to 11.30 am and Afternoon – from 15.00 pm to 17.00 pm
NOTE:
A) All the above drinks (except Mineral water) will be served by glasses. Guests are requested to sign all the Bills for accounting purpose.
B) Facilities and service which are not included in this sheet will be charged at normal hotel rates
C) The following are not included:
» Fresh Fruit Juices
» Premium Brand Sprits Wine and Champagne
» Cappuccino and espresso
» Mini bar
Activities:
One Half day free excursion by Slow Boat (Dhoni); Snorkeling trip OR Island-Hopping trip. Excursions will be based on the resort’s weekly excursion schedule. No refund will be given if the guests are not able to take part in the excursion during their stay.
Snorkeling: Snorkeling equipment available from the reception. Lost or damaged equipment will be charged at cost. All equipment to be returned 8 Hrs prior to departure time.
Free usage of fitness center, daytime usage of badminton court, games room (darts, table tennis)
D) The above facilities and services are strictly for personnel use of “All Inclusive“ guests , therefore those offered to other “Non All Inclusive” guests at your request will be charged at the hotel normal prices.
E) All the bills charged to the All Inclusive package will be indicated All Inclusive.
Any bills without All Inclusive will be automatically charged at normal hotel rates. Please ensure that you check all your bills before signing, as your signature authorizes all transactions.
Complimentary Benefits for All Guests:
- Assistance at the airport on arrival and departure.
- Welcome drink upon arrival at the resort.
- 500ml water bottle per person per day.
- WIFI in the rooms and public areas.
- Recreation facilities such as Dart Board, Foosball, Soccer Field, Table Tennis, Usage of Gym
SPECIAL EVENT BENEFITS
Honeymoon Benefits:
- Beach dinner, honeymoon cocktail and bed decoration with fresh flowers.
Wedding Anniversary:
- Bottle of sparkling wine will be provided.
Birthday:
- Birthday cake will be provided on the birthday night and bed decoration with fresh flowers.
Terms & Conditions:
- Wedding should be no older than 9 months to entitle the Honeymoon benefits. Copy of the wedding certificate must be presented at the time of check-in.
- Minimum 3 nights required to avail the honeymoon benefits.
- Beach dinners can be arranged subjectto prevailing weather conditions.
- Birthdays and Wedding Anniversary date should fall during the stay. A copy of wedding certificate is required at the time of booking to apply wedding anniversary benefits.
PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE:

- ดำน้ำลึก, มินิบาร์, การรับประทานอาหารหรือกิจกรรมสันทนาการใดๆ ที่ไม่ได้ระบุไว้ข้างต้น / Scuba diving, mini bar, other meals or activities that do not mentioned in the package
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
- Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) / Early check-in: possible when room is available.
- Check out: 12.00 hrs.
- หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12:00 - 18:00 น. คิดราคาห้องพัก 50 % ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.
- หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำท่านละ 5,000 บาท/ More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
- 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง หักค่าใช้จ่าย 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 45 - 31 days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
- 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
- ยกเลิกกระทันหันหรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ / No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
- ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
