CHILDREN FREE STAY POLICY:

• A maximum of 2 children under 12 years (till 11.99) stay for free when sharing the same bedroom with their parents or 2 adults.

• Up to two (2) extra beds are provided on a complimentary basis with the following bed set-up:

- 1BR Beach Categories: 1 Single Bed for 1st child + Sofa Bed converted into night bed for 2nd child.

- 1BR Water Front Pool Villa: 1 Single Bed for 1st child + Normal Sofa for 2nd child

- 1BR Overwater Pool Villal: 2 Single Beds for 2 children under 12 years (till 11.99)

• Up to 2 children under the age of 12 years (till 11.99) at the time of check-in, eat for free from kid’s menu when dining with parents as per the meal plan booked by the parents.

หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12.00 น. ถึง 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาห้องพัก/ Day Use: 12.00 - 18.00, room charge 50%.

45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 45 - 31days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
30 วันก่อนเดินทาง เสียค่าบริการ100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด /30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
ยกเลิกกะทันหันหรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จอง ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้/ No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
