• Assistance at the airport on arrival and departure. 
• Welcome drink upon arrival at the resort. 
• 500ml water bottle per person per day. 
• WIFI in all the rooms and public areas. 
• Recreation facilities such as Dart Board, Soccer Game, Table Tennis, Usage of Gym. 

• Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at the main restaurant  
• Unlimited Beverage at Bar (operation time): Alcohol and Non-alcohol beverage based on list of All Inclusive

         - Bottled water 

• Snack Sandwiches & Cakes: Mid-Morning from 10:00 am to 11:30 am| Afternoon from 15:00 am to 17:00 pm 

• One half day free excursion by slow Boat (Dhoni): Snorkeling Trip or Island Hopping Trip (Guest must join any of the above-mentioned excursions available during their stay). Excursion will be based on the resort's weekly excursion schedule, availability and weather condition. No refund will be given if the guests are not able to take part in the excursion during their stay.

• Available at the reception.
• Lost or damaged equipment’s will be charged at cost price.
• All equipment should be returned 8 hours prior to departure time

• Honeymooner: A Beach Dinner (subject to weather conditions), a honeymoon cocktail and bed decoration once during the stay.
• Wedding Anniversary: Bottle of sparkling wine will be provided.
• Birthday: Birthday cake on birthday night and bed decoration with fresh flowers once during stay.

• Information regarding the above complimentary services must be informed at the time of reservation and must be clearly marked on the client’s original voucher.
• Wedding should be no older than 12 months to entitle the Honeymoon benefits. A copy of the wedding certificate should be provided upon check in otherwise honeymoon amenities will be chargeable.
• Minimum 3 nights are required to avail the honeymoon benefits.
• Beach Dinners can be arranged subject to prevailing weather conditions.

• Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องว่าง) / Early check-in is possible when room is available.
• Check out: 12.00 hrs.
• หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12.00 - 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% / Day Use 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%. หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use over 18.00, room charge 100%

• มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนก่อนการเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำ  5,000 บาทต่อท่าน / More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
• 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทางหักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด/ 45 - 31 Days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
• 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด/ 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
• ยกเลิกกะทันหันหรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จอง ไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้  / No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.
