- Food and beverages served under this package are for personal consumption. Beverages will be served by glass, and one at a time, at the restaurants and bars.

- Guests booked in the same villa all be on the same 24/7 All-Inclusive Dine-Around.

- Guests on 24/7 All-Inclusive Dine-Around are required to sign the bills raised at outlets to acknowledge the consumption. However, guests will not be charged for any item that falls under the 24/7 All-Inclusive Dine Around.

- Alcoholic drinks will not be offered to guests under the age of 18. The management reserves the right notto serve or stop serving alcoholic drinks to inebriated guests. After 00:00 hours, all bars will implement charges for drinks, with the exception of

Sunrise Bar. There are no refunds or substitutions and none of the benefits can be transferred to another person. Unused entitlements will not accumulate to the next day.

- Based on occupancy levels or any situation the Resort reserves the right to close or revise operational hours of any outlets and restaurant menus can be changed without prior notice
