Half Board Inclusions (Half Board Dinner excluding beverages):

• Buffet at Atoll Market only.
• Dine around Ala Carte menu (03 course) is available in Vilu, Mandhoo, Ufaa, Sunset Grill and Cheese Fondue night (certain items on the menu are subject to an additional supplement)
• Dinner credit of USD 145.00 will apply at Ithaa, Beach BBQ, Special Wine Pairing Dinner, KOKO Grill, Wine Cellar and any other special dining event.

Full Board Inclusions (Full Board Dinner excluding beverages):

• Buffet at Atoll Market only.
• A 2-course lunch will be served either in Rangali bar, Mandhoo Restaurant, Ufaa by Jereme Leung, Quiet Zone or any other designated restaurant.
• Dine around Ala Carte menu (03 course) is available in Vilu, Mandhoo, Ufaa, Sunset Grill and Cheese Fondue night (certain items on the menu are subject to an additional supplement)
• Dinner credit of USD 145.00 will apply at Ithaa, Beach BBQ, Special Wine Pairing Dinner, KOKO Grill, Wine Cellar and any other special dining event.

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package:

• Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages from ‘Selected menu’ will be available during lunch and dinner from the restaurant where the guests are enjoying the meals and available during the day (from 10am until Midnight) at Rangali Bar and Quiet Zone (from 10am till 6pm).
• Non-alcoholic package is not available from the 21st December 2025 – 9th January 2026.
• Non-alcoholic beverage package is only available for guests booked on Half Board or Full Board.
• All guests in the same villa must have the same choice of beverage plan during the entire duration of their stay.

Rangali Beverage Package (18 years and above only)

• Unlimited beverages from the “selected” drinks menu (house wines, beers and house spirits and non-alcoholic soft beverages and a cocktail selection) will be available during lunch and dinner from the restaurant where the guests are enjoying the meals and available during the day from (10am till Midnight) at Rangali Bar and Quiet Zone (10am till 6pm)
• Rangali Beverage Package is not available from the 21st December 2025 – 09th January 2026.
• Rangali beverage package is only available for guests booked on Half Board or Full Board.
• All guests in the same villa must have the same choice of beverage plan during the entire duration of their stay.

 

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

•      Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) / Early check-in: possible when room is available.
•      Check out: 12.00 hrs.
•      หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12.00น. ถึง18.00น. คิดค่าบริการ 50%ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.
•      หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.

•       ดำน้ำลึก, การรับประทานอาหารหรือกิจกรรมสันทนาการใดๆ ที่ไม่ได้ระบุไว้ข้างต้น / Scuba diving, other meals or activities that do not mentioned in the package

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

•      มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจํา 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน / More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person
•      45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง: หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 45 -31 Days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%
•      30 วันก่อนเดินทาง: เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด / 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.
•      ยกเลิกกระทันหัน: หรือ พักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้ / No show & early depature from the resort : charge 100%.
•      ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
